I wanted all the incoming call for a particular extension ie. ext 101 to be forwarded to a mobile number 222222.
How can we achieve this?
Thanks

Hi friend,
You can use the CFwdAll softkey in IP Phones.
If you are using CallManager, this can be achieve by configuring the CallForward All property in the phone extension page.
In CallManager Express it is achieve with the call-forward all command under ephone-dn.

Hi cfajardo,
Press CFwdAll softkey on your phone, then press 22222, #.
Are you using a digit to get a secondary dialtone to the pstn? if so you may need to place a 8,9 in front of the 22222. i.e. 922222.
You can also change this in the web based administration pages.
Hope this helps,

Is there a way to have both phones ring at the same time? So I could pick up the call on the IP Phone or the cell?

Hey Cleso,
Hope all is well :) Here is a little added info to go along with the great tips from Adrian and Justin;
If you want to Set up call forwarding on your primary line
Press CFwdALL or Forward All and enter a target phone number (in your example the mobile number. So Outside access 9 then 2222222).
Cancel call forwarding on your primary line when you want to take calls on the desk phone again.
Press CFwdALL (This takes the phone off of Call Forward All)
To Verify that call forwarding is enabled on your primary line
Look for:
⢠The call forward icon above the primary phone number: .
⢠The call forwarding target number in the status line.
From this good doc/user guide (Look at Page 33);
Look under "Start Here" for Forwarding Calls in this nice e-learning tutorial :)

Hope this helps!
