Meeting Place Express 2.0

I have a Meeting place express 2.0 installed,with web,voice,video license.

Now i want to move the server to other location,so that i need to change the Network settings ie.IP Addrs,Domain,and DNS servers.

Pls advice if there is any procedure for that.
