Unity 5.0 - Message Play Order

Wondering if it's possible to modify the TTS feature for UM, under Conversation, Message Play Order, to where instead of playing urgent email first, then normal email, it just played the newest email first, regardless of the urgent flag?

Any advice on a reference on how to make these deeper changes also would be appreciated.

go to the messages option from the subscriber, you will find it there
