Hello I need to know if UCCX can work o inteconnect with DB postgrest.

Yes you can. Based on the information available, UCCX 5.0(2) only supports "Windows

Authentication" mode but I believe that was the case even with 4.0(1)

also. Can you confirm you are trying to use the windows authentication

and if so what are the credentials (username / password) being used ?.

If you are trying to create a system DSN but failing to authenticate,

you can try creating the DSN while logged in as Administrator / password

which matched UCCX Admin account.

Also do you have MSDE or SQL server running on the UCCX server ?. You

might be able to look at DB users via SQL Enterprise manager if you have

SQL server running.

Yes, you can configure an ODBC Connection on Windows based UCCX. Download and install the ODBC-Driver within Windows.

I testet that on UCCX 7.1.3 SR01 and PostgreSQL 8.4.7
