Scripting for IVR 5.0

Hello, I need help in scripting for IVR 5.0 and it it meant to be customized for a bank.

They hv given me some deault steps customers to do wen they call into the IVR and I need help in programming it.

Also, the IVR needs to talk to their DB a nd do transcations with it, using both Database SQL and ISO 8583 protocol.

Please, I need help urgently.
