SIP trunk calls dropped when put on hold

This is a CCM6.0 pub/sub environment with a 2821 connected to a dual T1 multilink connection configured for SIP trunks. Everything has been turned up and seems to be working except that an inbound call on a SIP trunk will be dropped when put on hold. Internal calls are not dropped when put on hold, only the SIP trunked ones. Any ideas?

Thanks

make sure the SIP trunk has access to an MTP and make sure you have the MTP required option for the trunk

The MTP has been created and the option is selected to require it. I have some more specific details on the problem:

What is happening is that as you put calls on hold you can not return to them. When you do the caller you put on hold never returns but I do not hear that they drop.

Can you post your config from your 28XX?

We tested this this morning and now it's working. No config changes were made so I'm not sure what the issue was.

Anyway, now the issue is that calls coming from the SIP trunks do not forward to VMail on an RNA. Instead you get a fast busy. Internal calls work fine.
