Extension to mobility with CCM 6.0

Dear sir

i m using extension mobility in CCM 6.0,

when i press service button it accept user name and pin, but after login it shows message (Services ,To set up speed dials and other sevices for your phone,please go to https://192.168.1.54:8443/ccmuser/showhome.do ) when i press update it does not work, some times user are able to login without this message ,but when user login no profile avaliable for user.

i have tried the same thing with CCM 5.x its work fine.

could you plz help me out ?

Hello Zeeshan,

Could you verify that for the users having this problem:

1. That their extension mobility profiles are also subscribed to the EM service?

2. That their end user accounts have been associated with their extension mobility profile?
