Moving network and hosts not directly connected to directly connected

Hi,

I want to move from my firewall all the configuration of a network and the hosts included from a physical interface but not on a connected network to a virtual interface but directly connected, what do i need to keep in the configuration, i think names, nat, acls ?? i use ASDM and i want to know how to move hosts on interfaces to others do i need to create lines with network-object ?? do i need to remove all lines with those hosts before ??

ASDM, a browser-based, Java applet that you use to configure and monitor the software on security appliances. ASDM is loaded by the adaptive security appliance, and enables you to configure, monitor, and manage the device.
