CTIOS client get disconnected and shows offline intermittently

We have IPCC 6.0 Enterprise Edition with CTIOS as cliet end software without any SR installed. But lot of times automatically after some time CTIOS client shows off line eventhough the client system in their in the network and working properly. But after do the cycle in PG server it works fine for sometime.

I think it requires some patch to be installed, could you please suggest the same.

Have you tried by adding the ctios servername in the hosts file of the agentdesktop machine?

Hi Prasad,

no matter what the error is you should never run into production/lab such an older release with no SR. You are using code of almost 4 years ago.

Please upgrade your system to the latest release.
