Logon to your Unity server with an administrative account, this is typically a Domain Admin account you create and assign as the Unity Admin during Permissions Wizard and install. It may, in fact, depending on your implementation, be the Unityinstall account. Check the Local security group Administrators and see who is in this group. It should have the account you logged onto the server with. Try accessing the Unity SA with this logon id.
Also I found in cisco unity tools depot "unitygrantaccess" it is DOS utility ;is it related to our issue?
