Hi,
Please can somebody tell me if I can use WS-X6548GE-45AF line cards (POE 48 TX Ports)together with a VSS compatible Sup 720 - 10G.

You can use the line card with the sup, but not while doing VSS. When in a VSS setup the only line cards that are supported are 67xx series cards.
