We are trying to install the Unity connection 2.1 on the HP DL 320 G5 P server. The server

was booted through DVD and it loads the Unified Communications installation program. The

sequence of the install as below:

• Language selection

Unable to find any devices of the type needed for this installation type. We have tried

sele cting all the listed drivers by the installation ,but in vain.

You have 2 drives installed? Unity Connection requires 2 hard drives.

Also, according to the Cisco docs, the DL320 G5 server that is supported requires the 'Intel Dual-Core Xeon 3050 2.13 GHz processor with an 1066-MHz front side bus (FSB) and 2 MB of Layer 2 cache', see the following URL:

Hi,

We were told by Cisco TAC that the HP DL-350-G5 is supported for the Unity install ,but not HP DL-350-G5-P is not nupported.

Raj

I have the same identical problem with Unity Connection 7.0(2) and MCS7825-H4, this server is an HP DL-320-G5P.

I'll try to transfer to the server via ftp
