Call routing to external numbers

I have a request to have an auto-attendant option 2 go to two different cell phones - like a circular hunt group, only no need to roll over on no answer. It is basically just load balancing calls between two cell phone numbers. Hunt groups don't work with forwarded numbers, so any ideas?

Web Attendant uses a linear hunt group with no queuing. This means that a call drops through the hunt group if those members are on a call. If all lines are on calls, then the call falls all the way through the hunt group, immediately. So put an auto attendant or voice mail box as the last member of the hunt group.
