A single switch has 36 "C6KPWR [ -SP- ] 3 PSUNKNOWN Unknown power supply in slot 2 (idprom read failed)." entries in the last 24 hours. This is reflected in Syslog Analyzer Severity Level Summary Report, if the report is run only against this specific switch. It does not show up when the report is run against All Devices. In fact, it only reports 20 Severity Level 3 entries (belonging to other devices) against All Devices. What can be causing this behavior?
Maybe I'm missing something, but this looks okay to me. The single device screenshot shows 0 level 2 messages and 36 level 3 messages. When I look at the multi-device screenshot, I see 20 level 2 messages, and 161,856 level 3 messages.
Ah, you're right. I was looking at the RME homepage, and mistook the Critical there as Severity Level 3.
