Domain manager in ICM

hope someone can help please?

I'm setting up a lab using vmware and have a sprawler at ICM713 in a Domain ipcc.xxx.co.uk.

I have a second Domain controller admin.xxx.co.uk and there is a two way transitive trust between the domains (which I have verified).

If i look in ICM Domain Admins I can see the ipcc.xxx.co.uk domain and the hierarchy within it.If I click on domains button and enter the other domain admin.xxx.co.uk I get "error getting the list of domains" message. If i click ok to this I get "Error: One or more external Domain trusts cannot be resolved

Location: DC=ADMIN,DC=XXX,DC=CO,DC=UK

Code: 0x4(4)

Message: The server is not operational."

Can anyone help? Thanks.

You would need to use the ICM User List tool.

What is your ICM/IPCC Release?
