CSA 5.2 event detail "Symbol Download Failed" message

When clicking on "Event Details" in CSA 5.2, I get an error message:

Symbol Download Failed

Failed to download symbols for the following modules:

ole32

kernel32

ntdll

From the following symbol server:

http://msdl.microsoft.com

Configured HTTP proxy server:

<None>

We don't have a proxy server.

http://msdl.microsoft.com redirects to:

http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtools/debugging/default.mspx.

I'm wondering if it denies the redirect?

Anyone else run in to this and/or have a solution?

I have seen this almost every time in 5.2.0.245 and below as well. The release notes for 5.2.0.262 (released June 04, 2008) state

Hotfix 5.2.0.262 addressed the following issues:

CSCsl13885 5.2 CSA MC Event Details fails to download symbols without proxy server

Hopefully this will fix the error. On a side note, Hotfix 5.2.0.263 was released on June 06, 2008.
