call duration on CUE

Hi,

The call duration on CUE is unknown when checking call history. this happens only for certain extensions. other extensions are fine. Can somebody help me check what causes this?

is seen on the call history when the phone is hung up before the other side answers. The show call history voice output from the router will show duration of 00:00:00 seconds.
