Catalyst 3750 ?'s

I have a Catalyst 3750 POE - 24 port switch that is a part of a stack. This switch is under-utilized in this stack, so I want to move it to another closet. Will this process be as simple as erasing the configuration of the 24-port switch, and the reconfiguring it?
