Currently customer is having some problemas when monitoring/recording agents on the contact center. Everytime he/she tries to monitor someone the event viewer on the CRS Server gets:
FCVMS207 Error: in retrieving mac address for agent (6105) Error (20:failed to connect to ODBC client)
I'am able to see all the traffic (sniff traffic) using the network monitor on the server so that is ok. But has anyone see the problem above before? I'm out of ideas.
