Add Port to h323 Dial-peer

Trying to add a new bri port to an existing h323 gw, which has 2 bri's already configured. When creating dial peer, I cannot select new bri port. do I need to reset the h323 in order to see the new port in dialpeer config? thanks

First of all is the card even detected? Does it show under "sh diag", second of all is there a voice-port in the configuration?

Shows up under show diag, and sho run.

voice port config is missing, cannot add 0/0/0

interface BRI0/0/0

no ip address

encapsulation hdlc

isdn switch-type basic-net3

isdn point-to-point-setup

isdn incoming-voice voice

isdn sending-complete

isdn static-tei 0

You may have been probably forgotten "isdn layer-1 emulate" and "isdn protocol-emulate network" commands.

And I surprised to see HDLC encapsulation on the interface.

that looks like a global command. 2 BRI ports are already working. Is this an interface command? Also, tried removing the hdlc encap, keeps coming back.
