Unity 4.2.1 ES 133, 132 TSP 8.2.1
We have several servers configured in one dialing domain all using cross box login and transfer features. All Unity servers are configured the same and I have verified in call viewer that all numbers are coming into Unity as they should be. On one server only, when we call the 800 number on the main unity server, and press * at the opening greeting to login, Unity then prompts us as it should for user ID. Once we enter the users extension, Unity says "one moment please" but then as we expect Unity to say "enter your password", it comes back and says "enter your ID followed by #" again. If we enter our ID again, unity says "one moment please" and then finally enter your password.
It appears when watching the port handoffs that the first connection to the other server is not completing but the second always does. You see the handoff in the status monitor, but only on the second attempt. There are no port capacity issues either.
Has anyone seen any issues similar to this or bugs associated to this? I have confirmed that the # key is not locked, as well there are no error messages in the event log about failed cross box logins. This is only affecting one server.
