Hello,

i'm on search for a simple solution. In the Attendant Console (I use 5.1(3)) it is not possible to switch between the windows where calls come in and the directory window with a shortcut.

I tried many Shortcuts... But no solution.

Has anyone the same problem?

The thing is, that the users will not use the mouse. They only want to use keyboard. Need some help :(
