Hi,
Anybody knows why I do not have CUI (Cisco Unity Inbox)
component while accessing Cisco Personal Communications Assistant ?
CUA (Cisco Unity Assistant) is there, but CUI isn't.

do you have it enabled under the COS?

Jaime,
I've made a change into COS > Features. Then Unity has been restarted.
On the client machine I've also reopen Microsoft IE.
CUI is accessible for now. But the 2 (two) questions:
- When I'm composing a new message (through CUI) and define
TO, SUBJECT fields, record the message in MMC and then click 'Send',
the dialog appears (see the attachment. Why ?
- I also do not see the existing voice messages in CUI although they present in Outlook.

Colleagues,
Any ideas ?

an idea you can check.
Unity is on what server?
Client is on what server?
DCOM must be enabled on both the Unity and the client for the MM to work and a reboot somtimes needs to take place if you need to enable it.
Also, for DCOM to work there might be a firewall issue if there is a firewall between Unity and the client. I am not a network expert.
First see if DCOM is enabled on both sides and then we can see from there.
