The default color for ports that are not connected is red. I would like to change the color for red to be error disable and ports not connected to be some other color. What do I have to configure to change the colors?

The colors cannot be changed. They are hard-coded within CiscoView.

3750 and 2960 switches
I am trying to configure a way to trap and capture error disabled ports.

Monitoring errdisable ports for these devices is not possible in CiscoView. However, depending on your IOS version, you may have built-in errdisable trap support. All you would need to do is enabling the sending of errdisable traps. For example:
snmp-server enable traps errdisable
The traps sent will be cErrDisableInterfaceEvent traps from the CISCO-ERR-DISABLE-MIB.
