Has anyone seen an issue with agents losing assigned skills, as specified in the RmCm subsystem of IPCCX? This has happened to three agents, and they were definitely configured with skills (as they were taking calls earlier in the week).
We are running IPCCX 4.0(5) Premium.

We run IPCC Express 4.05 Enhanced and have never seen this issue!

we are running IPCC 3.5 premium and I had encountered similar issues late last year. I opened a TAC case and they attributed this to disconnecting and moving phones from one location to another even if it was temporary (which was kind of true in our case).
So, have the phones been moved around in your case?
