Avaya ACM to CUCM/CME via CUBE (IP2IP Gateway)

Unanswered Question

We are trying to connect an Avaya ACM trunk to CUCM/CME thru a CUBE (IP2IP Gateway)via H.323

We can successfully make calls from the CUCM and CME via the IP2IP Gateway to the Avaya ACM but we can NOT make any calls from the Avaya to the either CUCM and CME. A sniffer trace indicates a "Cause No. 38 - network out of order."

Config Snipet:

voice service voip

allow-connections h323 to h323

allow-connections h323 to sip

allow-connections sip to h323

allow-connections sip to sip

signaling forward unconditional

h323

emptycapability

h225 timeout t302 15

h225 signal overlap

h225 connect-passthru

modem passthrough nse codec g711ulaw

VoIP Dial-Peer are defined

I looked at some other posts but didn't find anything that stood out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have this problem too.
