We are running Unity Version 4.0(5) centralized in the U.S. but supporting offices in Canada as well. Canada and the U.S. only share a few holidays which is causing us some issues. Is there any way to set up multiple holiday schedules in Unity Version 4.0(5)? How about Unity version 5.0(1)?

Hi John,
Multiple Holiday schedules are not supported in any current version of Unity (and I don't think in the upcoming Unity 7.0 either).
This is available in Unity Connection (which I know doesn't help you here)

Although Multiple holiday schedules is not supported in Unity, there is a work around for the same.
