Is there any way to auto-add a 9 or 91 when you hit dial from a the missed call section?

The only way I can think of is a pattern of 2-9[XXXXXXXXXX]

Hello:

Which version of call manager are using? If you are using call manager 3.3 later you would need to add in the service parameters

Refer to this document, for more clarification.

Using 6.1(2) with MGCP gateway.

I couldn't find the service parameters uder the MGCP / PRI Gateway section in our CCM cluster, I implemented the translation pattern fix and it seems to be working great.

Thanks!
