Is there any way to auto-add a 9 or 91 when you hit dial from a the missed call section?
The only way I can think of is a pattern of 2-9[XXXXXXXXXX]

Which version of call manager are using? If you are using call manager 3.3 later you would need to add in the service parameters

Using 6.1(2) with MGCP gateway.

I couldn't find the service parameters uder the MGCP / PRI Gateway section in our CCM cluster, I implemented the translation pattern fix and it seems to be working great.
