Solved: Conference issue In CCM5.1.2.3000-2

When the user as the A (8312) take the ad-conference in New Campus (with 8395, 8513), another user (5095) make a ad- conference crosstalk interference

The user (8312) said he had the crosstalk interference more than once when he using the conference functions.

Others users also met such issue sometimes.

The symptom is happening RANDOMLY, not always.

setting:

CCM version: 5.1.2.3000-2

Hardware: 4*7835, 2*2851(MGCP)

Software Conference: CCM

Any suggestion is hign appreciated.

Dear bwilmoth, after engineer adjust hardware conference resource as the last priority in media resource group list, now two weeks passed, customer don't report cross-conference issue now, it seems the issue had been cleared.

just thinking if it need to upgrade voice gateway IOS version to enbale the PVDM2 in VG to use.
