CCM CAR issue

CAR issue: We can search out CDR record before 28th April; but no CDR records can be searched in user/extensions/gateways after 28th Apr.

Customer has the 3rd billing system and receive CDR and CMR file ok.

Engineer had been disable/ enable CDR load and also restart CISCO CAR scheduler, but it doesn't works.

verify that you associated the users with the IP phones and also in the User Configuration page in CallManager, you enter the Telephone Number of the user. If you do, please go to CAR>User Report>Bills>Departments>Search by User>

Select the user and Run the report to see if it generates a Report for that user.

We have 2000 users working ok ar, I can't search out one user record since 29 April, but I can search out the record before 28 April. so strange.
