Dear All Expert,
Could you let me know How can i change ip address or every thing on CP-7961G?
Note: CP-7961G i connect to Cisco witch 3560.

HI Richard,
Refer to the following link -
"Configuring Settings on the Cisco IP Phone" section.
Under "Network Configuration Menu" scroll down and configure no for "DHCP Enabled" and then configure IP address and subnet mask in the same menu.

I'm grad to hear from you, and also thank for your time for support me.
Yes, i follow from you and go to network configuration Menu then i saw IP address but i cannot edit it when i press button Edit it show message ( That key is not active here) .
could you let me know what is the problem and how can i fix the issue?

Hi Rechard,
By default DHCP is enabled on the IP Phones, hence IP address can not be configured and you are getting that message.
If you further scroll down in the same menu you'll find DHCP option - "DHCP Enabled". configure No for it and then try to configure the IP address.

Hi, when in configuration screen, press **# to unlock - this is reflected by the lock icon opening up. Then you can do config changes as required.
