Solved: IPCCX and third party dialer

Hi,

My knowledge about contact center solution is limited.

Just wanted to know if IPCCX can be integrated with any thried party dialer.

As far as I know IPCCX supports preview dialer for outbound purpose only. I have a requirement for predictive dialling.

So can I integrate IPCCX with some third party dialer whcih can give me predictive dialling.

Or let me know if you feel there is any other solution/woraround available.

Don't really want to go for IPCC Enterprise :)

Check out page 15 of this prezo. Magnetic North has a dialer solution that integrates with UCCX. Their website touts its predictive capabilities.

Coming from someone who has deployed both Magnetic North and Radianta, I would highly recommend Radianta.
