I need to present the following data via the agent desktop and would like to know how this can be done:
Time in queue
Menu selection/choices
Calling party number

You can use the "Set enterprise parameters" step in the CRS Editor to put Data in the agent desktop.

Thank you for your response...can you send me more descriptive detail of what you mean? I am new to UCCX and scripting so I may need some guidence. thank you.

What is your technology? UCCX or UCCE+IPIVR or UCCE+CVP. If UCCE, are you using CAD or CTIOS? All of these have different answers.

Hi,
As stated in the below email, you can use "set enterprise call info".
I am pasting one sample call flow to pop up customer name, you need to tweek it as per your requirement. And there is a doc on cco, which will also be of little help.

I have the same need, but I use UCCE, CTIOS Agent Desktop. In the Routing Script I make node «Set callPeripheralVar1 = CallTimeInQueue», but in the agent this variable is always 0.
