Changing name of softkey?

Is it possible to change the display of a softkey on the phone? For example, I would like the softkey to perform the iDivert function, but display "SendToVM" on the phone.

Wendy,

Unfortunately, such a capability is not available with CUCM today. Names of softkeys are not presently customizable.

if you would like that kind of functionality you would need to reach the DEV team. as mentioned there is no way to do that by yourself
