dear members,
I have a cisco 2801 router and 4 port FXO on this router.
I am using the IVR (a type of contact center application) application. But I
have a problen about the FXO ports. When the caller end the session, FXO
ports are not released. the call isnt ended.
could anyone help me about this please?

Outside N.A. the only thing that can work is tone based disconnect. So you have find the tones used by your country and if that doesn't match the cptone settings, configure them in a voice class custom as explained in the document.
