Cisco IP Communicator Error

when i connect Cisco IPC to callmanager 4.1.3 sr3 i am getting a error

Unable to initialize support for cisco emergency responder service. Please consult your system administrator.

The Cisco ip communicator version is 2.1.3.0

after geting the error also it is registering to the CCM server.

kindly suggest how i can resolve this issue

When loading CIPC 2.1.0.89 on Vista Enterprise error occurrs: 'Unable to initialize support for Cisco Emergency Responder. Please consult your system administrator'

CIPC doesn't load - it hangs in blue screen.

Vista Enterprise is installed on Vista enabled laptop (HP Compaq nx7400, 1GB RAM, 1.83GHZ). Vista is licensed. Tested with CCM 6.0.0.9901-109 and 5.0.3. Status

Related Bug Information IP Communicator 2.1.1.2 Emergency Responder startup error

Symptoms: Popup Error window came out by Cisco Emergency Responder When non admin user runs IP Communicator just after installation. Conditions: IP Communicator 2.1.1.2 Windows XP Workaround: Run IP Communicator with administrator rights to register CDP driver to Windows. Expected behavior: IP Communicator installer should register CDP driver during its installation instead registering CDP driver when IP Communicator starts to run.

Hi Robert,

I am also facing an issue with IP Communicator when run on a Vista machine. Problem is when IPC is started it is not showing the Line & but when checked in Call Manager it is registered successfully. Can you please help whether ther is any bug because occasionally it starts working as well. All WindowsXP machines are working fine with IPC runnning.
