I am getting some problems in following historical reports areas
The Total Incoming Calls for a particular âService Queueâ does not display.
Although we have a TRAFFIC ANALYSIS report, which displays a consolidated report for all the âService Queuesâ (for e.g.: Mobilink-GSK & PSO-HMB)
The âTraffic Analysisâ report does not display the parameter for âhourly reportâ
The Service level âintervalâ needs to be changed from â5 secsâ to â30 secsâ
Can you please suggest me to how to i change that attribute in database and customize these reports.
