Hi,
We are running UCM 6.1.2.And planning to deploy third party call billing software.
Can it possible to provide ODBC connectivity between UCM 6.1.2 and the billing software ?
Is UCM 6.1.2 supports ODBC ?

With call manager 6.X, the only interface to 3rd party billing software is via ftp/sftp protocol as flat files. Cisco migrated to Informix databases with current CM, and i am not sure if they are ODBC complaint or not.

Hi
Whilst there probably is an ODBC interface to Informix, it's almost definately inaccessible when running on a CallManager 6.x appliance.
Any third party billing program that is compatible with CallManager 6 will support the new FTP/SFTP method, so check with your application vendor for an update.
