Mobility to mobile phone

i have configured mobility features, but when i initiate the call, i can't see anything at gateway.it's mandatory to have VXML at gateway ?

Hi Driss,

When you implement mobility you can implement the following three features -

Mobile Conect OR Single Number Reach

Mobile Voice Access

Enterprise Feature Access with two-stage dialing

The last two features are DISA/DOSA equivalent.

The only time hwne you need a VXML gateway is when you deploy DISA/DOSA equivalent feature not for mobile connect.

Its required to play the IVR prompts so that users can enter the username, pin and hte number they wish to dial.

Hence if you are implementing hte last two features then yes you need a VXML gateway. Refer to chapter 25 in UCM SRND.

thanks to verify the reliability of this steps :

1.i have create Remote destination profile

2.I also create Destination profile that is associated to mobile phone.

3. i have created the ACL that i have associated to Remote Destiantion.

4.i have ckecked ths two boxes regarding mobility at End User configuration page.

5. i have selected owener user at the phone configuration page.

6.the route pattern is also configured.

All this steps are configured, but when nothing works, and when i press the mobility button, the message "failed to send at mobile phone" is dispalyed.

what's the problem ?
