About Routeplan

Hi all

We have 3 PSTN trunk ie 2 digital(E 1) and 1 analog(FXO). According to my routeplan first priority is for E1(primary),E1(secondary) and Analog FXO. I attached my Gateway configuration.

My internal numbering plan is 7xxx and my DID Range is 7000-7999. We have 10 lines for emergeny ie analog fxo. its numbers are 4926620-29. when i trying to call outside number somtime it takes analog trunk and some times it takes digital. Now i am confused about my configuartion. Any one can explain it will be appreciate...

The decision for which gateway your UCM routes calls to will depend on the Route Group/Route List configuration in the UCM. Do you have all of the gateways in a single Route Group currently, or in different Route Groups?

Yes. we have only one route group. The three gateways are in same route group.

You then need to ensure that you set the Distribution Algorithm on the Route Group config page to "Top Down" from "Circular".
