Hi all. I have set the telnet password for my asa5510 via asdm. Why can i see the telnet password command line when i do a show run? Thanks in advance.
Yes, You can set the telnet password also through CLI as follows--
Asa(config)#passwd cisco
Here I have set the telnet password -- cisco
Also U can see in the running-config. The command is --
Asa#sh run | i passwd
