Deleting Auto registered phone in CUCM 5.1.3

Hi All,

I have a 7940 auto registered no problem. I then delete the autoregistered phone and let it pick up a new dn. If i tick the box for extension mobility and then try to save i get an error saying this device exists in the database. I then unplugged the device from the network deleted it in callmanager and added it manually into cucm. I then plug the phone back into the network and the phone registers i try to enable extension mobility and i get the same error message this device already exist. Has anyone seen this problem before.

I have this problem too.

Hi Dave,

Is there an existing ADP (automatic device profile?) - Check under device profiles.

In case extension mobility was enabled on this before?
