Hi friend,
Inactive means that 7921G is not displaying any signal bar at the top of the screen, so seems like the 7921G is not making contact with de AP?
Can you tell the part number of the phones (7920 and 7921)?
Regards,
- adrián.

Hi Rafa,
The information that I like to know should be something like this:
CP-7921G-A-K9, CP-7921G-E-K9, etc.
Please find out for 7920/21s.
Regards,
- adrián.

Hi Rafa,
What I want to know is if your 7921s have this part number:
CP-7921G-W-K9.
The W stands for World domain that uses the 802.11d protocol. May be your 7921 can't connect to your AP because it doesn't have support for 802.11d (by default) so try configuring this command:
#interface Dot11Radio0
world-mode dot11d country US both
