Hi folks!

Anybody knows if is it possilbe to launch a telnet to a non cisco device already present in the DCR ??

Sure. If the device is in DCR (or even if it isn't), you can launch Device Center for that device, and see the Telnet link under tools. This link is simply the URL telnet://DEVICE where DEVICE is the IP address or hostname specified. Provided your browser is configured to support the telnet: URI, it will work.
