I make l2tpv3 between two routers, the link is up, but i have more difficult to make a configuration for the ipsec feature.

I have not a dial-up connection but a normal link with fast-ethernet.The link must always up.

In most example that i find there's always the configuration for dial-up scenario.

In the attach the configuration of routers.

Could you please help me about it?

The security appliance does not establish an L2TP/IPSec tunnel with Windows 2000 if either the Cisco VPN Client Version 3.x or the Cisco VPN 3000 Client Version 2.5 is installed. Disable the Cisco VPN Service for the Cisco VPN Client Version 3.x, or the ANetIKE Service for the Cisco VPN 3000 Client Version 2.5 from the Services panel in Windows 2000. Choose Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Services in order to do this. Then restart the IPsec Policy Agent Service from the Services panel, and reboot the machine.

Note: For L2TP connection on Windows XP, use service pack 2 since the service pack 1 connection does not work
