Cisco Relase notes for CCM 6.1 said that delay between CCM notes should not exceed RTT 40 msec, on the other side SRND said that for version 6.1 RTT was increased to RTT 80 msec.
Wich one is right, SRND or release notes?

Hi Alejandro,
The SRND is the official design reference. 80ms RTT is true as of CUCM 6.1.
If you can point me to the erroneous Release Note I'll submit a DDTS to have it corrected.
Regards,
Michael.

Hi Michael:

âIf you are installing a cluster or adding a node, verify that the links between servers meet the 40-ms round-trip time (RTT)requirement and that you have enough bandwidth to support database replication.â

Alex

Same thing on the installation guide:
Installing Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Release 6.1(1)

Thanks Alex! Based on your input, I've submitted DDTS CSCsq68996 with the documentation team request that the installation docs be updated to reflect that as of CUCM 6.1 the maximum RTT when clustering over a WAN has been relaxed to 80msec, as noted in the SRND.
Thanks again!
Michael.
