Hello,
I am upgrading to Vista and now I am getting a 403.1 error, forbidden: execute access forbidden.
I do get the page about the certificate..
Everything works on my XP box. I am running IE 7.0 fully patched on both.

Try adding it to your Trusted Sites in IE.
Use FireFox to determine if problem is IE or IIS/Apache.
What is your version of CallManager?
I used IE 7 Vista with a broad range of Cisco Applications (CallManger 4.x, 5.x, 6.x, Unity, Unity Connection) with no issues.

OK I got it.
Somehow the URL got changed in my shortcut and I didn't relize it until now.
