Is there a Unity tool which can export call handlers based on certain criteria? for example, export all the call handlers with recipient mailbox name is abc? the purpose for this is to analyze the existing call handlers.

If all you want to do is to analyze the existing call handlers, then perhaps the best tool available is the Audio Text Manager (ATM) tool.

"The Audio Text Manager (ATM) is designed to give you a fast, graphical view of the call flow patterns configured in the Unity database and allow you to modify that flow quickly and easily."

If you are exporting in order to be able to use the call handlers on a different system, then COBRAS might be the tool for you. (Note that this tool is still in beta and is still not supported)

Cisco Objected Backup and Restore Application Suite (COBRAS) is a set of tools designed to allow administrators to backup all subscriber, call handler, public distribution list, schedules and routing rule information and restore some or all of that information onto another Unity or Connection 7.0 server.

Training Videos are on the ciscounitytools website:

From the well written Help file of COBRAS:

"If you wish to move a complete set of connected call handlers that make up an audio text application, COBRAS is an easy way to do this. For instance if you deploy Unity servers with a set of handlers in a “tree” for caller input handling, you do not have to manually create those handlers on each installation any longer. You can backup a system that has these handlers on them and restore them over and over again on as many Unity servers as you like.

TIP: COBRAS lets you select objects for restore based on several criteria including sub string matches on display names. If you have several audiotext applications or a lot of handlers that are included in a “set” it can make things easier to include a unique string such as “{Sale AT}” or the like in the display name of all those call handlers in that application so they can easily be selected as a set during restore."

Hope this helps.
