Voicemail-Only User in Unity Connection (UCMBE)

Hi there-

How can I create a voicemail-only user in Unity Connection. This is a UC Business Edition 6.0 deployment.

Hi Rick,

If you create a new COS without "Allow access to Advanced Features" and assign the user to this COS you should be good to go.

Rob-

There isn't an "Allow Access to Advanced Features" option in the COS setup page? This is Unity Connection 2.0.1.

I figured out how to create a DN, and then use the related link to create a Unity VM Box, but it creates an orphaned vm box. As a result, I cannot set passwords or otherwise edit the user. Very strange. If I try to associate it with a CM user, it doesn't list my new user as an option.

Help!! :-)
